FROM Exit 3 - Come off Exit 3 to the light. Turn left on Hwy 40, go down about two miles to Kings Bay Rd (you'll see Walgreens/WalMart on the corners). Turn left and go to the end of the road. Turn left at the light onto Charlie Smith Sr Hwy at the light.(Spur 40) Go through the next light, and down the road approximately 3 miles - we are on the left. |

Quiet park with 12 acres of beautiful surrounding! The park has Pot Luck Dinners at 5:00 pm every Sunday. Walking distance to local dock on the Crooked River and to the Crooked River State Park with nature watching, hiking, biking, kayaking, and many good trails. Only one mile from Golfing. Sightseeing includes the Cumberland Ferry, Historic St. Mary's, ferry boat to old town of Fernandina Beach with Antique Mall and museums. Every Saturday night in Woodbine, GA which is only 12 miles from us they have the Grande Ole Opry which has music and food. Park is centrally located, and in 45 minutes or less drive, you can visit Jeykle Island, Okefenokee Swamp, Amelia Island, and Jacksonville Zoo. |
